Dental Emergency

If you experience an emergency, and are in need of a dentist, our  team are here to help. During our working hours we would ask you to call us as early as possible, so we can try to accommodate an appointment for you that same day.

Our reception team are available from 8:45 am, and we reserve daily emergency appointments with each of our dentist to ensure we are able to see patients when they are in need.

If you experience a dental emergency outside of our working hours, you can call us on our usual number and you will be redirected to the appropriate service. This will either be the out-of-hours emergency dental service for Brighton & Hove, who are available weekdays from 5:30 pm and weekends and bank holidays from 9 am. Their number is 03000 242 548.

Alternatively, our private and Care Plan patients will be transferred to one of our dentists for further guidance on how to manage your emergency, and offered an appointment if appropriate.

If you experience any swelling which is restricting your swallowing or breathing, or persistent bleeding which cannot be stopped, please go immediately to your local accident and emergency service (for Brighton & Hove this is the Royal Sussex County Hospital).
